HR and Recruitment

Our business consultant and training company was confronted with the challenges of growth shortly after its foundation. We had to hire new sales, consultant and trainer colleagues. At the time of its foundation, the company's HR policy was not in place yet. Therefore, it was my job to set up an HR strategy for growth, to formulate HR goals, and then to develop a process for achievement. To do this, I recruited and selected the right colleagues and trained them for counselling and training. Meanwhile, I had to pay attention to the cost and the proper administration. After selecting the most appropriate staff, the company's turnover doubled within two years. Customers were committed because they got the quality they considered impeccable


Sales

A Japanese trading house wanted to introduce a new car brand, SUBARU, to the market. As the project manager, I was responsible for finding partners for the brand introduction. In order to do this, I organised our stand at one of the automotive exhibitions, then I found the right partner by market research to create the import company, with whom we also established the dealer network of the brand. Later, we created a showroom in downtown with my guidance, and I participated in the training of salespeople. After two years, the project succeeded in selling the entire project to a well-known Swiss car dealership company that still sells the brand.


Leadership and Organisation Development

A hazardous waste management holding company employed me as a Country Manager to develop the right business model and then transform the business organization formed out of 5 companies into the most efficient and lower cost business structure. In order to do this, I made market research to find potential customers. Later, I visited them to get to know their expectations. The services of the holding were adapted to these needs. I also reorganised the holding structure because the sale of services required centralization. The management had to close the incinerator because of the lack of profit, but we created a landfill at one of the member companies. The dump still works. I recruited new top leaders to member companies as well. They implemented the new business model. The result could be seen after six months.
